Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette
Supplies:
- 15-20 ml pure ginger drink
 - 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
 - 10 ml fresh lemon juice
 - 5 ml honing
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
- Mix 15-20 ml of Yofelix ginger drink with 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
 - Add 10 ml fresh lemon juice, 5 ml honey and salt and pepper to taste.
 - Beat well until all ingredients are incorporated.
 - Use the vinaigrette as a dressing for your favorite salad.
